Frequently asked questions about ordering with Bersonal
If the products total more than SAR 500, the commission is 8% of the product value only. If the total is below SAR 500, the commission is a flat SAR 50.
The broker commission (service fee) covers following up purchases, communicating with sellers and customers, consolidating items into one parcel to reduce shipping weight, repacking into one parcel, and handing the shipment to the carrier in the country you buy from—whether the USA or elsewhere.
Once all items reach our warehouse and are packed and you are invoiced, we store your order free of charge for 5 days only. After that, SAR 15 per parcel per extra storage day applies.
If one month passes after your order is completed and shipping has not been paid, we may discard parcels to free warehouse space or continue charging storage fees for up to six months.
You must tell us if you no longer want the items so we can discard them and stop storage charges. If you do not confirm you no longer want the items and confirm disposal to us, daily storage fees continue; you remain liable for them until paid.
We order products on your behalf, track orders, and coordinate with you and sellers if items must be swapped when unavailable. We receive goods at our facility, consolidate and repack into one parcel, prepare paperwork, hand off to the carrier, and ship to your address in Saudi Arabia or elsewhere.
We cannot verify colours or sizes when sellers ship to our address. Shipments are in the order holder’s name, not the company’s; you remain responsible for Saudi specs and customs clearance for your request. Our role is to facilitate buying on your behalf as an intermediary between seller and buyer.
No. Bersonal does not bear customs holds for any reason, including prohibited items. Our duty is purchasing and ensuring requested goods ship; it ends once we give the shipment to the carrier and provide your tracking number. You must ensure requested items meet Saudi specifications and customs rules; orders and airway bills are in your personal name, not the company’s.
Bersonal does not inspect goods at intake—the warehouse only consolidates, packs, and forwards shipments. Like any purchasing agent we buy using links you provide and ship items as sellers send them. If the seller errs (e.g. wrong colour), we are not liable but will help explore remedies. If we err—rare—we refund the item 100% or you keep it with a 30% value compensation.
We provide brokerage to buy from outside Saudi Arabia per your request; goods ship under your personal name using details you supply.
We do not retail products ourselves and are not responsible for quality or authenticity; specs, condition, and authenticity are yours as the buyer. We are not liable for damage, delay, or customs seizure of non‑genuine goods.

Yes—we can ship worldwide.
If orders have not yet been placed, cancellation may be possible and refunds issued minus any commission, returns, store communications, or similar fees. Once purchases are placed, cancellation/returns are not possible. Thank you for understanding.
Bersonal typically places orders within 12–72 hours of payment; consolidating items at our USA hub usually takes about 4–10 days; shipping to Saudi Arabia usually about 5–12 days. Overall delivery depends on goods reaching us and customs clearance—often roughly 10–20 days.
You cannot add links after the first payment transfers. If a seller reports an item unavailable, we notify you and credit its value to your balance.
If goods arrive damaged, contact the carrier—Bersonal’s liability ends when the shipment is handed to them.
Pre‑shipping insurance covers loss/misdelivery with customs clearance assistance for an extra 3% of paid value (SAR 40 minimum).
Additional coverage against damage/breakage is 5% of order value (SAR 45 minimum), payable before we tender freight to the carrier.

Bersonal’s responsibility ends when we give you the tracking number; the carrier takes over from there. For delays, contact your chosen carrier using their official channels.
Yes.
Government customs duties or taxes due when the shipment arrives are borne by the recipient if applicable—we cannot predict or control them.
Unfortunately we cannot photograph items.
Bersonal is not VAT‑registered—site revenue remains below Saudi VAT registration thresholds and the establishment has no tax ID.
Only your name and bank account details with Al Rajhi or another bank.
Customers outside Saudi Arabia receive refunds only to a Saudi bank account or via PayPal minus transfer fees if any.
