Terms & conditions

We aim for a positive experience. If membership is not suitable for you and you wish to receive a refund, that may be possible after deducting order commissions based on the standard intermediary purchasing commission: 8% on orders over 500 SAR, and a flat 50 SAR on orders below that.

Your membership period begins on the date we receive your membership payment transfer, whether monthly or annual.
